This single origin peaberry comes from our longtime partner estate, Fazenda Santa Inês, nestled in Brazil’s renowned Minas Gerais region.
We first discovered their coffee through the Cup of Excellence auction — and it’s been a standout ever since.
Peaberries make up just 5% of the harvest and are naturally rounder, denser beans with more concentrated flavor. The result? A smooth, easy-drinking cup with sweet hazelnut notes, subtle raspberry brightness, and a soft finish with no bitterness.
