 Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy, please talk to us so we can make it right. We hope you love your selections, but if for any reason you wish to send it back or exchange it, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package for whole bean coffee only. Just let us know if you would like to return an item through the Contact Us page. We would appreciate an email or phone call before the return so that we may have the opportunity to correct the issue first or exchange it at no charge.

Products not eligible for return or exchange are any type of ground coffee, the Kopi Luwak Coffees, special orders or items on clearance sale. Refunds are issued minus any shipping charges.
