We roast on demand which means we roast every week by what we expect to sell. Most coffees are shipped a few days after roasting and nothing is shipped with a roast date of more than two weeks prior.

We apologize but we do not offer free samples. We do have sample packs available for purchase.

We offer free shipping for orders over $60 and subscriptions to most areas in the USA, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. For orders under $60, we offer a flat rate of $6.95.

Gift boxes, however, have free shipping only to the contiguous 48 states in the USA.

A delay on orders with ground coffee may occur for up to 2 business days to allow the coffee to degas before we grind it. Freshly roasted coffee must degas at least one day before it is ground or the flavor will be off.

We take coffee quality seriously and our coffee undergoes rigorous phytosanitary testing. We perform phytosanitary testing before the coffee is exported, and once it arrives, we send samples to a lab to test for mycotoxins, like ochratoxin A, which can be related to mold. Additonally all coffee is roasted at over 400 degrees F which burns off various impurities that could exist. We make sure our coffee is as fresh and safe as possible!

Select the coffee you would like to purchase, select the size, grind type, and quantity, then click the 'ADD TO CART' button.

Once you are ready to check out, click the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of your screen. Once you are on your designated 'Cart' page select 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.'

Please fill out all shipping and payment information and apply promotional code if necessary.

Coffee Perks and Promo Codes cannot be combined in one order.

To see and manage the contents of your shopping cart, select the shopping cart icon at the top right hand of the page.

From each coffee page select Subscribe & Save as the purchase option then select the interval to receive it.

After you make your purchase you can update the interval to additional options such as per week or per month.

You must have an activated Volcanica Coffee Account in order to set up or manage a Subscribe & Save order.

If you check out as a guest when purchasing a subscription, you will not be able to manage that subscription.

There is no order minimum to join Subscribe and Save and you will always receive 10% off!

Our roast team will prepare your subscription and ensure it is fresh to be shipped to you at exactly the interval you requested.

Please keep in mind, we operate Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and we are closed on major holidays and weekends. If your subscription process on one of the days that we happen to be closed, it will ship the following business day.

You are welcome to change anything about your subscription at anytime before it processes. You can change the type of coffee, grind, quantity, frequency, payment info - all from your account page. You can also call or send us a message through our Contact Us page and we will be delighted to assist you. We’re open 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST on weekdays.

If a subscription order has been processed it may not be able to be changed.

Every time you place a subscription order, you’ll earn up to 5% cashback. For example, if your order is $50, you’ll receive $2.50 in credits, which will be added to your account.

Your cashback is stored as credit in your account. To apply it, simply go to the Credits section in your account dashboard and select the option to use your cashback toward your next subscription order. Once selected, the credit will automatically be applied when your next order processes.

Yes, your cashback applies in addition to any eligible subscription discount.

No, cashback rewards are exclusive to subscription orders. One-time purchases do not qualify.

If you cancel your subscription before your next order processes, any earned cashback will be forfeited.
