This Caramel Apple Latte blends the bold richness of espresso with the crisp sweetness of apple cider, creamy oat milk, and a swirl of caramel. Finished with cozy spices and optional whipped cream, it’s a coffeehouse-worthy drink you can easily make at home.

 

Ingredients

  • Double shot espresso (or ⅓ cup strong brewed coffee)

  • ⅓ cup apple cider (or unsweetened apple juice)

  • ⅔ cup oat milk (or milk of choice)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup

  • (Optional) whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, caramel drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the apple cider, caramel syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir and froth to blend.

  2. Add the milk to the mixture and heat until warm and steamy.

  3. Brew your espresso or strong coffee and pour it into a mug.

  4. Pour the warm milk and apple mixture over the espresso.

  5. Top with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs, and a drizzle of caramel, if desired.
