Wake up your senses with this bold and cozy Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso—a coffeehouse favorite you can now whip up at home. With rich espresso, warm brown sugar, and a frothy shake that chills to perfection, it's the kind of drink that transforms your morning routine into a little daily ritual.

Ingredients:

  • Double shot espresso or 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Brew a double shot of espresso.
  2. In a shaker, combine espresso, brown sugar syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon
  3. Swirl around to dissolve the sugar while the espresso is still hot.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup).
  5. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until frothy and chilled.
