Toraja Sulawesi Peaberry Coffee "White Eagle" is grown by the oldest and original Toraja trees similar to the old trees found in remote Ethiopia. Many of these trees are original from the original farmers that started cultivation on the island and date back more than 250 years. The coffee trees are fully shaded by virgin jungle on Sulawesi's island, which is within Indonesia. The beans are relatively small but have a unique flavor not found in any other Toraja coffee.

The farming area very remote without dirt roads and it take 4 days to ride on a horse to the mountain to bring the coffee to market. The "WHITE EAGLE" variety is kept completely separate from all other coffees since this is the Crown Jewel of all Toraja Arabica coffees.

Rare in that only 300 to 600 bags of the crop can be produced every year of this truly superb and outstanding coffee. Toraja Sulawesi Coffee "White Eagle" has a smooth flavor, a sweet aftertaste with balanced acidity.
