Nicaragua Mango Honey Process 16 oz
Nicaragua Mango Honey Coffee is a limited production nano-lot coffee made of honey process day lots, which produces a unique and prominent mango note when cupped. Supplies won't last long for this organically grown coffee, as it is only produced in small quantities yearly.
The farm is called Finca Idealista and this coffee is grown at high altitude in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua. The farm that produces this coffee uses machetes instead of herbicides, a mushroom to kill insects instead of pesticides, volcanic filters to keep mucilage-filled wash-water out of the watershed.
