The Ethiopian Kochere Chelelektu Coffee is unique coffee with prominent blackberry, plum, grape, and mandarin orange flavors. Sourced from Chelelektu in the Kochere district, Gedeo zone of Ethiopia, this coffee has cherries processed from around 650 local smallholder farms all located in some of the world's highest-altitude coffee terroir.

Over many years, the region has developed a distinguished reputation for fine coffees, producing some of the world's most sought-after microlots. The combination of high altitude, fertile soil, consistent and plentiful rains, as well as abundance of local knowledge, are all contributing factors to the high status of Ethiopian Coffees.
