Premium Shipping is UPS Ground or Priority Mail
We strive to bring you the most cost-efficient shipping rates with the fastest delivery time and use either FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We ship from our roastery near Atlanta, Georgia, on weekdays, and display delivery times during checkout are on business days. We also offer local pickup from our Roastery. We strive to ship all orders by the same business day if placed before noon EST. Orders placed on Friday afternoon and on weekends will be shipped on Monday. An order may be delayed due to our roast schedules, flavored coffees, degassing for ground coffee, and peak season volume.
We may change the shipping carrier that a customer has selected based on our experience for the package to arrive in the most expedient method.
*The exception is for Gift box shipping fees to the noncontiguous USA states that are based on weight and are not available for our free shipping offer. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other territories.
International Shipments
Canada
We ship to Canada with the major carriers, and customs duties and taxes are excluded for orders less than $150. Orders over $150 are subject to customs duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the recipient, not Volcanica Coffee. Unfortunately, our free shipping and flat rate offers are not available in Canada.
A cheaper option that some customers use is postal forwarding services such as Parcel Monkey. This is a service set up by the customer, then we ship it to them, and they forward it to Canada.
All Other Countries
We offer international shipping with FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Your international shipping amount is displayed during checkout. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
As another less expensive option, we ship to various postal forwarding services that can be easily set up by the customer. Several of our customers use these low-cost services:

Easy setup and they provide you with your own U.S. shipping address.

They receive your package and then ship it to your international destination. They deliver to nearly every country.

Returns
If you are not happy, please talk to us so we can make it right. We hope you love your selections, but if for any reason you wish to send them back or exchange them, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package. Just let us know if you would like to return an item through the Contact Us page. We would appreciate an email or phone call before the return so that we may have the to opportunity to correct the issue first or exchange it at no charge.
Products not eligible for return or exchange are the Kopi Luwak Coffees, coffee that has been ground, and custom or special orders. Refunds are issued minus any shipping charges.
